| Info | AREVA NP and Siemens AG are building a new nuclear power plant for TVO (Teollisuuden Voima Oy) in Olkiluoto, already two nuclear units are in operation. AREVA NP, an AREVA and Siemens company, is supplying the nuclear island, comprising the reactor and associated systems, while Siemens is responsible for the conventional island (turbine and generator). Enersense Oy has already provided more than 100 professionals to Olkiluoto and is one of their leading recruiters for this project. Enersense Oy is looking for: FIRE PROTECTION OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the Hot Work permit system - approval of the permits (prior inspection when needed); - keep the record of the HWP issued; - check the implementation of the safety measures prescribed; - post work inspection when needed. Implement the fire prevention policy (storage of flammables, removal of wastes .). Manage the fire equipments (permanent/temporary fire hydrant network, fire extinguishers) provided by: - contractors for their areas; - AREVA NP for common areas Manage and maintain the emergency lighting system (location according to the progress of work, maintenance and inspection.). Manage the ventilation/smoke extraction system (welding operation) Ensure that egresses are always clearly indicated and free. Define and implement alternative ones according to the progress of work. Implement and train an internal first rescue team. Issue the related procedure/instructions Be the interface with the local fire brigade SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Fluent Finnish and English language Experienced in the scope of fire prevention and rescue Good social skills and natural authority |
